Natural Resources & Water Law

Our practice includes matters pertaining to natural resource issues, including the protection, restoration, and rehabilitation of injured or lost resources and navigating and advising clients regarding zoning laws and regulations that may affect their interests.

We have significant experience in the environmental permitting and regulatory field under a broad range of federal and state laws, including:

the Endangered Species Act;
the National Environmental Policy Act; and
the National Forest Management Act.
Our experience also includes issues particular to water, including the Clean Water Act. In addition, we have assisted clients with adjudicating their water rights in Colorado Water Court.
